Rotiboy (also called Mexican bun) is very famous in Malaysia, it has coffee topping with cream cheese filling. You will smell the coffee fragrant from far, which will attract you move toward the bakery direction and grab a few to feed your stomach. I learned this recipe from my colleagues, Ji Ae, who is good in baking and cooking almost everything. She is my idol, inspires me to bake and cook during my free time.

It's her last weekend in U.S and she will be heading back to Taiwan on May-07. I am gonna miss her a lot. I prepare ABC breakfast which is my favourite breakfast in the weekend with a cup of aroma fragrant coffee that will freshen you up for the whole day!
